REUNION MERCHANDISE AND MEMORABILIA: The date for ordering merchandise has been extended until midnight on Sunday, April 30th. When you go to the alumni website, a page will immediately pop up with two buttons, one that says “Click here to Register” and another that says “Click here to Shop”. Orders placed online by the 30th can be picked up on Friday night near the Registration desk, in the Reunion Store on Saturday, or Sunday at the Staff Brunch. Some non-clothing items will be available for sale during the Reunion, but all clothing items must be pre-ordered online.

BAR SERVICE: There will be bar service in the cafeteria on Saturday, from 11am to 4pm, as well as at the Friday Night Pub.

STUDENT COUNCIL PRESIDENTS FORUM:  Organized by alumna Barbara Hoover and alumna & retired South teacher Sarah Jaremko, the forum will be a dialogue among student council presidents, past and present. 6 former student presidents, along with the current one, have already agreed to participate.

Trivia Contest: As indicated earlierthe questions will be based on the content in the 150+ alumni profiles that will be displayed outside the Decade Rooms. In the last e-blast you were given the first question. You will find question # 2 in the spring newsletter.  The plan is still to include a copy of all the questions on the website, as well as in an e-blast sent out in mid- May. There will also be copies at the Registration Table in the front hall during the Reunion.

We also want to give a big thank you to all the alumni who included a donation with their registration. Once the Reunion is over, decisions will be made regarding an appropriate legacy project, as well as other worthy projects to benefit South students past and present.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: We still need some additional volunteers to help with a variety of activities during the Reunion weekend, from set up Friday afternoon to take-down Sunday afternoon. If you are willing to help, please send us an email to let us know your availability and any particular area(s) of interest.

CLASS OF ’98 – CELEBRATING 25 YEARS!  Shannon Foster, Kristen Hochleutner (nee Jennings) and I, Nicole Hamilton, are all class of 1998 alumni. We can’t believe it’s been 25 years since we graduated from South! We started a Facebook page and have had a huge response from so many grads in ’97, ’98 & ’99, that we have put together a social gathering to reminisce during Alumni weekend. Join our Facebook page “London SCI Class of 1998 & 1999 (all late 90s, welcome)”. We are planning a social cocktail evening at Moxies (downtown) on Saturday May 27th at 8pm. We reserved an area for our group, seating is limited, so please let us know if you plan to attend. All food and drink purchases will be direct through the staff at Moxies. You are welcome to bring your spouse/partner to this informal gathering. All details are on Facebook, so join our chats!  Can you believe it’s been 25 years since we graduated SCI? Let’s get together and catch up!
